Unfortunately, we have come to realize that carrying a full inventory of mastectomy and prosthetic products is a venture The Bra Lounge is unable to take on at this time. However, we pride ourselves on being Mastectomy friendly, in the sense that we will do all that we can to provide you with a great supporting, well fitting bra that will work with a prosthetic. This will allow women of ALL shapes and sizes the necessary comfort and support she deserves, while she heals and moves forward after surgery. Helping to Kick Cancer!

Sheena and Cortney may not have lost their Mother to cancer, but her absence in their lives has strengthened their consideration for women on a universal level. Breast cancer has affected every woman in one way or another, and as the girls are involved with women everyday, they feel compelled to support and promote education on appropriate breast health.

With advances in medicine being made on almost a daily basis, women are surviving cancer in greater numbers. With survival comes the importance of support and encouragement while women overcome obstacles and move forward in their lives. Teaming up with the Canadian Cancer Society, The Bra Lounge is able to focus funds and help bring attention to the Cancer Cause. In December 2007 the girls agreed to donate 10% of their total sales to the Canadian Cancer Society, and when it was all said and done the final donation amount was a fantastic $1700!

Red Deer’s Community Minded, “THE BRA LOUNGE” is sponsoring their 2nd    team in the Annual “12 Hour Relay for Life” hosted by the Canadian Cancer Society in June 2008.

We are hoping to raise the bar from last year’s $5,000.00 donations.
